MP2161AGJ-Z Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 5V as the nominal input voltage. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 6V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 8 pins are required. There should be at least a 600mV volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly.
