It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-VFQFN package. There are 2 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V 1.1V 1.8V. The output current of 3A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 16 pins are required.
