Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.3MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 3V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 4A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 4A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 16V.
