A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.3MHz. Regulator 3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3A output current. 24V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage.
