A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 14-PowerVFQFN package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz~2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.75V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.815V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 18V. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 16.2V volts. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 14 pins are required.
