For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Cut Tape (CT) package. The space-saving SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2MHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1A.
