It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 500kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. Featuring a 2A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility.
