It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Space-saving SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2MHz. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. As a result of the 2A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 24V. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 19.9V volts. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 8 pins. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 800mV volts.
