Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3A output current. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 24V. In order to operate voltage regulator, 8 pins are required.
