Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. 370kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.75V as an input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.92V.
