MP2364DF-LF-Z Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 20 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. 1.4MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.92V. DC DC switching regulator's 1.5A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 23V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
