A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Up to 4MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V.
