Using the Cut Tape (CT) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.2MHz.
