MP3394SGY Overview

In order to save board space, the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used. LED drivers with this design have 4 outputs.We are using Surface Mount as the mounting method.As a DC DC Controller, it has high efficiency and reliability.-40°C~125°C TJ is the operating temperature of the led driver.Backlight has many advantages.Frequency 670kHz is the basis of operation.A termination of 20 is used to operate the LED driver.With 20 pins at the base, this LED driver has a base configuration.There are estimated to be 4 segments.It has been mounted on Surface Mount.28V is a reasonable voltage.As its minimal input voltage, it operates at a voltage of 5V.When the maximum supply current is allowed, it reaches 28V.The electronic component can fully perform its functions if the switching frequency is maintained at 570kHz.The maximum output current of 200mA allows it to deliver all benefits of a LED driver.It is not recommended to exceed 55V in the output voltage.
