As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 14-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. 300kHz~2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 3.2V. The output current of 6A Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 22V.
