As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. 1.3MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 2.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.7V.
