MP38870DL-LF-P Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a 14-VFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 600kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 14V. The maximal output voltage of 11V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation.
