MP38874DL-LF-Z Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 14 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 14-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 600kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 21V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage.
