This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. There is a switching frequency of Up to 4MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 3.8V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 30V. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 10 pins. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 800mV at the very least. A 2.5A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. On the basis of the maximum output voltage of 30V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. With a maximum output voltage of 30V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency.
