This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. There is a switching frequency of Up to 2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v.
