It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V.
