It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 200kHz~500kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -0.5V. As a result of the 2A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 100V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 20V. A voltage of 150V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least -500mV. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 150V. With a supply voltage of 6V, this harley voltage regulator works.
