There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached 6-VDFN Exposed Pad functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.3V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. The total number of pins on this power management is 6. There are 6 pins on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.8V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 6V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
