TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.It can be used with 10mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.1V voltage lower than 1V can be output by the voltage reference ic.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.It generates a fixed voltage of 1V.A supplier device package of SOT-23-3 is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
