MP8201DT-LF-P Overview
A handy package called TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.5%.On the basis of the test statistics, 1.2V voltage is output.Input is taken from a Adjustable form.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise.20mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.A maximum voltage of 10V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 60μA.Its lowest voltage output is 1.2V.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 1.2V.There would be 10V higher voltage than 10V from the voltage reference circuit.0 is the device package of the supplier for this voltage reference circuit.
