A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. The space-saving 14-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -20°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 6A output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 21V. As a general rule, this voltage regulator 12v should keep its output voltage at least at 800mV. By using 18.9V as the maximum output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator is easy to operate. With a maximum output voltage of 18.9V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. A high maximum operating temperature 85°C ensures stable operation of switching regulator. To ensure reliability, the voltage regulator 12v operates at a minimum operating temperature of -20°C.
