MP9181DD-LF-Z Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 12 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 12-TFQFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.815V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 13V volts. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 815mV at least. For switching regulator maximum operation, dc to dc voltage regulator delivers 3A A. On the basis of 13V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. An output voltage of 13V is provided by this regulator voltage. Switching regulators operate at 20V supply voltages.
