There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system.
