As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-6 package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 600mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 600mA. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 36V.
