optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 410kHz. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. The output current of 2A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 30V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation. There should be at least a 800mV volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 27V.
