MPQ4462DQ-LF-Z Product Details

MPQ4462DQ-LF-Z Overview

For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 10 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches Up to 4MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 30V volts. There are 10 pins used for switching regulator operation. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 800mV. To meet its operating requirements, dc to dc voltage regulator can deliver a maximum output current of 3.5A A. The maximal output voltage of 30V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 30V, which is the highest available. An input voltage of 36V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator. An operating voltage of 4.5VV ensures adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance. DC-DC switching regulator operating on 100μA supply voltage.
