For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches Up to 2MHz. Input voltage 3.8V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. The output current of 1.5A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility.
