Using the Cut Tape (CT) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of Up to 2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3.8V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 55V.
