MPQ6400DG-33-AEC1-LF-P Overview

Packaged in a Cut Tape (CT)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. IC management is packaged as a 6-VDFN Exposed Pad package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TJ. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line.
