optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 13-VFQFN package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 200kHz~1MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.611V. As a result of the 10A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 18V. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 611mV.
