As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There is a 13-VFQFN package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz~1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.611V. DC DC switching regulator's 4A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 18V. As a general rule, this voltage regulator 12v should keep its output voltage at least at 611mV.
