For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 20-PowerVFQFN package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz~1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible.
