For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space-saving 17-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 150kHz~1MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 6A output current. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 22.5V.
