NB650AGL-Z Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 17 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 17-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 150kHz~1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 22.5V.
