NB675GL-P Overview
A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 21-PowerVFQFN package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. 500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.604V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 10A output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 22V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 604mV volts at all times. The maximal output voltage of 5.5V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 5.5V. The high-limit maximum operating temperature 125°C allows harley voltage regulator stable operation. Reliability is ensured by operating at -40°C, the DC DC switching regulator's minimum operating temperature. With regard to the input voltage, it is compatible with a minimum voltage of 5V. At its maximum, this DC-DC switching regulator can sustain a 22V input voltage.
