MC33195 Overview


It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in SMD/SMT packages. In order to protect themselves from damage, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -40°C as the minimum operating temperature. A temperature of 85°C should not be exceeded during operation of this thermistor. PTC thermistors could operate at 33V voltages. Typically, this thermistor can deliver 33V voltage. These thermistors were rated for 33V voltage in the DC circuit. Thermal conductivity of PTC thermistors is 1.5W. When using PTC thermistors, the current shouldn't exceed 40A. If the DC circuit uses this thermistor, its voltage should not exceed 33V.
