PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages to ensure their protection. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape for the purpose of protecting them from damage. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors be set to -40°C. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 85°C. When the PTC thermistors are in operation, they can supply voltage of 8V. A thermistor has a nominal voltage rating of 8V when it is working. These thermistors are rated for 8V in a DC circuit. When PTC thermistors produce heat, 800mW should be the result. ldeally, PTC thermistors should have a current no higher than 100A. This thermistor should not provide a voltage greater than 8V in the DC circuit.
