Keeping PTC thermistors in SMD/SMT packages prevents them from being damaged. Packaged in the Cut Tape for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. Ensure that the PTC thermistors are set to -40°C as their minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. When operating, PTC thermistors could deliver a voltage of 16V. Whenever this thermistor works, it can supply 16V voltage. The DC circuit uses thermistors with a 16V voltage rating. A PTC thermistor should produce 800mW heat. Ildeally, PTC thermistors should operate at no more than 100A current. A reliable performance can be achieved by using a thermistor that supplies a maximum voltage of 16V. It is important that the voltage supplied by this thermistor in the DC circuit should not be higher than 16V. These thermistors are rated for 16V voltage in the DC circuit.
