NCP15WB473E0SRC Product Details
NCP15WB473E0SRC Overview
An NTC thermistor is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). 0402 (1005 Metric) includes it as a convenience. To ensure that the NTC thermistors function properly, the resistance tolerance must be ±3%. A temperature setting of -40°C~125°C is required to ensure reliable performance of NTC thermistors. NTC thermistors are reliable when operating at 125°C. NTC thermistors can operate at -40°C for relability. The 2 pins of the NTC thermistors must be connected to make the thermistors work correctly. Temperatures can be set by the NTC thermistors to 100mW at any time. A NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating 100mW of power. Fuse elements can tolerate a maximum current of 3.8mA without too much deterioration.
