NCP15XM472E0SRC Overview
There is a package of a Tape & Reel (TR) in which NTC thermistors can be found. We have included it in the 0402 (1005 Metric) package for your convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±3% in order to function correctly. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. A maximum operating temperature of 125°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. In order to keep their reliability up, NTC thermistors can operate at -40°C. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. In the NTC thermometers, 100mW is the maximum power setting. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 100mW of power. NTC thermistors can operate at 3.8mA without much degeneration of the fuse elements.
