There is a package of a Tape and Reel in which NTC thermistors can be found. We have included it in the 0603 package for your convenience. A maximum operating temperature of 125°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. In order to keep their reliability up, NTC thermistors can operate at -40°C. There are 2 terminations on these NTC thermistors. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. Dissipation of energy of 0.1W can be absorbed by the electronic component. NTC thermistors can operate at 100μA without much degeneration of the fuse elements.
