NCP18XQ102J03RB Overview
There is a package of a Tape & Reel (TR) in which NTC thermistors can be found. We have included it in the 0603 (1608 Metric) package for your convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function correctly. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. There are 2 terminations on these NTC thermistors. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. Dissipation of energy of 0.1W can be absorbed by the electronic component. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 100mW of power. NTC thermistors can operate at 1mA without much degeneration of the fuse elements.
