LM4130EIM5-2.0 Overview


A handy package called SOT-23-5 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 5 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.5%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 2V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Temperatures should not rise above NOT SPECIFIED during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins that are settled.20mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.High-quality communication can be achieved through 1 channels.There is a requirement for a 5V supply voltage.Supplying it with 2.3V volts is the minimum voltage required.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 2.048V is output.Idling uses 90μA.
