NJM2823F-TE1 Overview

A handy package called SOT-23 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Adjustable, Shunt.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins that are settled.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 12mA.A maximum voltage of 13V is generated by it.Its lowest voltage output is 1.136V.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 14V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 13V is output.
