A Clock PLL is included with the SO package. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. The clock PLL has 16 pins that are available. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 125°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. A voltage exceeding 5.5V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. This clock generator ic requires a voltage supply no lower than 4.5V. At frequencies of 21MHz, RF synthesizer achieves high efficiency. I would like to briefly introduce you to a 1-element frequency synthesizer that performs well with low jitter.
